Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics to lead the end-to-end global compensation cycle, including base, bonus, and equity. You will unify market intelligence with program execution, driving an intelligence-to-action system across all regions and modernizing the infrastructure for scalable operations.

You will guide a team to deliver predictive analytics, global market insights, and seamless recognition programs, partnering with HRIS and Finance to ensure budget

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR operations in a global environment.
• Proven success leading large-scale program execution and recognition programs.
• Strong understanding of Workday Compensation modules and a passion for using AI and automation to evolve legacy processes into a high-performance, scalable global operation.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual global compensation planning cycle (base, bonus, equity).
• Transform market intelligence and data operations by leveraging AI to automate routine tasks.
• Manage global market intelligence and survey participation across 7+ countries.
• Direct the global delivery of recognition programs with data integration and a seamless employee experience.
• Partner with HRIS and Finance to ensure system readiness, budget alignment, and a cohesive intelligence-to-action system.
• Develop communications for leadership to ensure rewards programs are transparent and valued.
• Lead a unified team of compensation professionals focused on predictive analytics and operational excellence.
