Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience with global compensation benchmarking and market pricing.
• Exposure to global mobility programs is a plus.
• Experience in global organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external surveys.
• Develop and maintain global salary structures and pay ranges.
• Analyze compensation competitiveness and provide recommendations.
• Partner with HR, TA to tailor compensation for hires and changes.
• Support job architecture leveling and governance.
• Coordinate global mobility program administration and documentation.
• Develop dashboards and insights to inform leadership decisions.
