Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Global Compensation to lead market-competitive pay programs and data-driven decisions across the organization. You will oversee benchmarking, salary structures, incentives, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and leadership.

You will analyze trends, manage external vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff as part of a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years in global compensation/Total Rewards with program development.
• Proven data analysis and market-trend evaluation skills.
• Ability to present complex info to executives and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience managing global programs and external vendors.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with a bias for action.
• Advanced MS Office/Power Platform usage for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure global compensation programs are market-competitive and compliant.
• Manage survey participation and external benchmarking for data-driven pay decisions.
• Conduct functional reviews and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Lead salary structure reviews, annual increases, and incentive planning.
• Oversee compensation administration, vendor management, and automation improvements.
• Maintain compliance with legal/regulatory requirements, including pay equity.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on programs and communication.
