Job summary

Goodwin, a leading law firm, seeks a Manager of Compensation to lead global salary and incentive cycles for legal and business support populations. You will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate benchmarking, structure reviews, and equity alignment across markets.

The role drives system improvements in Workday and MarketPay, supports annual planning, and provides expert analysis for decision makers. A strong background in compensation and project leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; CCP certification a plus.
7+ years of related experience in compensation or Total Rewards.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; MarketPay experience desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual salary and incentive compensation cycles for global legal and business support populations.
Develop cost analyses and budget models with Finance for pay groups.
Coordinate the Performance and Compensation Review project plan and stakeholder communications.
Manage survey participation including budgets, schedules, data submissions, and vendor relationships.
Review salary structures, geographic differentials, and market movements.
