Job summary

Goodwin Procter LLP is seeking a Manager, Compensation to lead the firm’s global compensation programs for legal and business support populations. You will manage annual salary and incentive cycles, market benchmarking, salary structures, and Workday compensation data in collaboration with HR Partners, HRIS, Finance, and leaders.

Responsibilities include cost analyses, survey management, and driving process improvements across systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
7+ years of related experience.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
MarketPay experience desirable.
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical outputs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual salary and incentive compensation cycles for global populations.
Develop cost analyses and budget models with Finance.
Coordinate the Performance and Compensation Review project plans.
Manage survey participation and benchmarking with MarketPay.
Oversee data in Workday and MarketPay and drive system improvements.
Partner with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners.
Create training materials and communication on compensation planning.
Drive compensation projects such as job architecture and market-data refinement.
