Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Manager, Compensation to lead the firmwide annual compensation cycle for legal and business support populations. You will manage salary and incentive cycles, benchmark against markets, and maintain Workday and MarketPay data with HR, Finance, and firm leaders.

You will collaborate on job evaluations, market data, and equity considerations while driving process improvements, documentation, and stakeholder communications across a global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; MarketPay desirable.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in developing and managing spreadsheets and software implementations.
• High attention to detail and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual salary and incentive compensation cycles for global legal and business support populations.
• Develop cost analyses and budget models with Finance for various pay groups.
• Coordinate the Performance and Compensation Review project plan and manager communications.
