Jet Aviation seeks a Global Compensation Leader to define and deliver a comprehensive, compliant compensation strategy across regions, functions and cultures. You will drive job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, pay equity, and M&A integration, partnering with HR, Total Rewards and business leaders to transform data into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Seven+ years of experience in HR and compensation.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs aligned with business strategy.
• Knowledge of international regulatory environments affecting compensation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the global compensation strategy across regions, functions, and cultures.
• Own the global compensation framework: job architecture, leveling, salary structures, and principles.
• Lead annual compensation cycles: merit, bonus, and equity processes and communications.
• Oversee market benchmarking and pay practices with global surveys.
• Provide compensation expertise to HR and Total Rewards; support executive compensation.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and wage regulations globally.
• Collaborate with regional teams to maintain pay competitiveness and execution.
• Deliver compensation analytics, dashboards, and pay equity reviews.
