Jet Aviation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Global Compensation Leader to define and deliver a global compensation strategy across countries and functions. You will lead job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, pay equity and M&A integration, partnering with HR, Total Rewards and business leaders to turn data into clear recommendations.

This office-based role offers a hybrid schedule, working from the Palm Beach location at least four days per week, with a baseline salary

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in HR and compensation with global exposure.
• Experience designing and administering compensation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Set global compensation strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own framework: job architecture, leveling, salary structures.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
• Oversee market benchmarking and pay equity reviews.
• Provide compensation guidance to HR and executives.
• Ensure compliance with international pay regulations.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure pay competitiveness.
• Deliver compensation analytics and dashboards.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration.
• Represent Jet Aviation globally with industry groups and regulators.
