This office-based, hybrid role is anchored in West Palm Beach, FL, with a base range of $115,000–$140,000 plus up to 20% bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR and compensation with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience designing and administering compensation programs.
• Knowledge of international regulatory environments.
• Strong Excel and HRIS proficiency.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and detail orientation.
• Collaborative across countries and cultures.

• Develop global compensation strategy and programs across regions.
• Govern job architecture, leveling, salary structures, and compensation principles.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles with governance and timelines.
• Oversee market benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Provide compensation guidance to HR and Total Rewards partners and leadership.
• Ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Partner with regional teams to maintain competitiveness.
• Deliver dashboards, analytics, and pay equity reviews.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration activities.
• Represent Jet Aviation with industry groups and regulators.
