Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Head of Global Compensation to design and scale our compensation programs, balancing market dynamics, equity, and long-term incentives. You will collaborate with the VP of Total Rewards, lead a talented team, and partner with business leaders to reward exceptional performance.

You will shape equity and multi-year compensation strategies, drive governance with the Compensation Committee, and integrate technology and AI to streamline processes and insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including significant leadership responsibility within a high-growth technology company.
• 3+ years of proven success leading and developing a compensation team.
• Experience designing, transforming, or evolving global compensation strategies and programs in a public company.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including equity modeling, burn rate, dilution, and incentive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the global compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, and pay structures.
• Own the equity compensation strategy, including new-hire grants, refresh programs, and long-term incentives.
• Partner with People Leaders and Talent Acquisition to align compensation with hiring and retention goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team and drive a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
