Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Eight years of centralized compensation experience.
• Experience with HR tech platforms like Workday, Oracle Cloud HR or SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation strategy, programs, and governance.
• Advise HRBP and leaders on pay decisions, offers, and market comparators.
• Benchmark, survey participation, and market analysis for pay structures.
