Job summary

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team seeks a Manager, Compensation to lead the firm’s global salary and incentive cycles across legal and business support populations. You will partner with HR, Finance, and HR leaders to ensure accurate, competitive compensation programs and market benchmarking.

You’ll manage Workday and MarketPay data, drive process improvements, and advise partners on compensation matters, including job architecture and market data analyses, to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CCP certification a plus.
• 7+ years of related compensation experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; MarketPay desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual salary and incentive cycles for global populations.
• Develop cost analyses and budget models with Finance.
• Coordinate the Performance and Compensation Review project plan.
• Manage survey participation and benchmarking in MarketPay.
• Review salary structures, geographic differentials and market data.
• Manage data within Workday and MarketPay and drive improvements.
• Create training materials and process documentation.
