Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Malvern, PA seeks a Compensation Analyst to manage the variable pay process regionally and globally. You will serve as the main contact for inquiries, implement controls, and analyze data to support compensation programs.

Collaboration with global teams and HR Operations is required to ensure data integrity in HRIS and to improve processes. The role emphasizes expertise in US compensation, Workday delivery topics, and cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable training and knowledge.
• CCP and GRP certifications are preferred.
• Experience in working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.
• Help implement new variable pay system and cloud-based data platform (Snowflake), and support Workday Compensation topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the variable pay process for regional and global business areas through consultation with global financial and divisional functions.
• Primary point of contact for all variable pay inquiries and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement internal controls for audits of employee variable pay participation, modeling, and payment.
• Analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in compensation projects.
• Collaborate with Americas and Global Compensation teams to align with NA business strategy.
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure data accuracy in HRIS and identify process improvements.
• Support HR team and cross-functional partners; seek opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.
• Support implementation of new IT architecture for the business (Workday).
