Job summary

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our HR team in the United States. The role involves administering base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs, delivering market insights, and supporting job evaluations with data-driven recommendations.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers, ensure compliance with FLSA and Equal Pay Act, maintain HRIS data, and contribute to regional and global compensation projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of compensation analysis experience.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation software.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage recurring compensation programs and processes.
  • Evaluate and classify positions using market data and job levels.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to review job descriptions and classifications.
  • Generate reports on compensation trends and budget utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and governance processes.
  • Lead defined compensation projects within established frameworks.
