Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks a Manager of Global Compensation to lead annual compensation cycles, equity programs, and governance across regions from its Charlotte, NC headquarters. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate, data-driven decisions and compliant programs.

The role requires strong analytic skills, leadership, and experience with HRIS systems, including Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft. It offers a global scope within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience and 8+ years of professional experience in compensation in global or matrixed organizations.
• Highly proficient in broad-based compensation programs, variable pay programs, and equity programs.
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with top-tier global compensation surveys; participation and interpretation of results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Federal/State pay and labor regs and Country statutory requirements.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.) and data analysis tools/ platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit processes.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual global compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity programs with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform market pricing, benchmarking, and develop scalable salary structures.
• Maintain global job architecture and ensure consistent compensation practices across regions.
• Administer global equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP) and manage grant processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compensation trends and program effectiveness.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders to advise on compensation matters and governance.
