Responsibilities include market pricing, salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, leave processing, and HR analytics reporting with privacy and governance controls across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Experience with compensation survey participation, market pricing, and salary structure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation administration, including market pricing, salary recommendations, and structure maintenance.
• Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, vendor coordination, and compliance activities.
• Manage leave administration processes and reporting.
• Develop HR analytics reports, dashboards, and data governance practices.
