Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional compensation experience in global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with global compensation surveys and market analyses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Federal/State pay and labor regulations; country requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools; SOX controls familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity programs.
• Administer base pay, short- and long-term incentives globally.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leaders on compensation matters.
• Develop scalable salary structures and ensure equity and compliance.
• Govern governance of job architecture, titling, evaluations, and survey matching.
• Manage global equity programs and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide dashboards and analyses to monitor trends and inform decisions.
• Support executive disclosures and proxy-related compensation matters.
