Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Global Compensation to design and govern scalable compensation programs aligned with our oncology-focused strategy. The role leads governance, market pricing, and incentive frameworks across a global footprint from our Redwood City site.

You will collaborate with HR and finance to optimize budgets, implement governance controls, and educate leadership on total rewards decisions, including equity and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in total rewards or compensation with global scope.
• Experience advising senior leadership and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate total rewards strategy into frameworks for base salary, incentives, equity, and market pricing.
• Establish governance, KPIs, controls, and audit mechanisms.
• Collaborate with HR and finance for program effectiveness, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop clear communication strategies and educate stakeholders.
• Oversee compensation tools and technology, including Workday enhancements.
