Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director, Global Compensation to lead compensation for the Global Commercial organization. You will guide base pay, equity, and sales incentives, partnering with senior leaders to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business strategy.

You will perform market analyses, benchmarking, and modeling; drive global compensation projects; and provide executive-ready analyses to support leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical with ability to evaluate complex data and make recommendations.
• Seasoned strategic and operational compensation professional with leadership experience.
• Experience advising and influencing colleagues and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial leaders to design, evaluate, and evolve compensation programs.
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and compensation modeling to support hiring and workforce planning.
• Evaluate effectiveness of compensation and sales incentive programs and recommend enhancements.
• Lead global compensation projects from conception through implementation and governance.
• Provide strategic guidance on sales incentive design, quota methodologies, and payout governance.
