Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic and operational compensation experience in a growth-oriented biopharmaceutical or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to advise, challenge, and influence at senior levels across the business.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations with design, evaluation, or strategic consultation of compensation and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compensation partner to Alnylam’s Global Commercial organization, guiding pay decisions and market competitiveness.
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and modeling to support hiring, retention, and workforce planning across commercial functions.
• Evaluate and enhance compensation and sales incentive programs to align rewards with business outcomes.
• Design data-driven compensation programs considering market practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership and executive-ready analyses to support leadership reviews.
