Job summary

Legend Biotech in Somerset, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Executive Compensation to design, analyze, and deliver compensation programs for executives and leaders, including base pay, incentives, and equity awards.

You will partner with Finance and HR, conduct market benchmarking, develop data-driven materials, and support the Compensation Committee with clear recommendations to sustain attraction and retention of key talent worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CCP or progress toward CCP strongly preferred.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience with compensation consulting firms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and deliver short-term and long-term incentive programs, including annual bonus plans and equity-based awards.
• Lead executive and leadership compensation analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop materials and recommendations for senior leadership and Compensation Committee discussions.
• Support global compensation initiatives and cross-regional alignment.
