Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with at least 3 years in senior or lead total rewards design roles.
• Direct experience with executive compensation, governance, and Compensation Committee interactions.
• Experience establishing compensation centers of excellence and multi-entity frameworks.
• Experience redesigning compensation infrastructure in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise compensation philosophy, governance, and job architecture.
• Manage executive compensation, including pay positioning and long-term incentives; support Compensation Committee.
• Align compensation across business units within an enterprise framework.
• Lead Hawaii Workforce Transformation compensation efforts and deliver implementation roadmap.
• Create pay-for-performance structures linking compensation to outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing compensation team in a matrixed environment.
