Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Director, Global Compensation to lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term compensation strategy. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution in incentive design, governance, data analysis, and process improvement.

You will partner with senior leaders to ensure competitive programs across regions, manage sensitive data with strict controls, and drive efficiency through automation while supporting a globally dispersed workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive compensation experience in a large organization.
Strong technical expertise in base pay, incentive design, salary structures, and governance.
Experience designing, evaluating, and improving incentive programs across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead the global compensation function with strategic and technical oversight of base pay, incentives, and salary structures.
Develop and execute compensation strategies that align with business goals and market competitiveness.
Standardize incentive programs across regions and units with governance and oversight.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify risks and provide practical, scalable solutions.
Provide governance for annual processes, promotions, retention programs, and other pay initiatives.
Drive efficiency and accuracy through automation and technology in compensation processes.
Analyze market data to identify pay gaps and opportunities and communicate recommendations.
