Lead a global team, optimize pay transparency compliance, and support executive compensation initiatives while ensuring data integrity across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of global broad-based compensation experience.
• Experience across multiple countries with job architecture and market pricing.
• Leadership of distributed multi-region teams.
• Familiarity with global pay transparency laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with compensation tools and data analytics.
