Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in global broad-based compensation.
• Experience owning broad-based compensation programs across multiple countries.
• Leadership of distributed, multi-region teams.
• Expertise in market pricing, pay structures, and compensation program design.
• Strong financial acumen to model scenarios and drive decisions.
• Familiarity with global pay transparency laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with compensation technologies and market data.
• Exceptional communication skills for senior leadership audiences.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead global market pricing, pay structure design, and annual salary range development.
• Own the global compensation cycle including merit and promotions planning.
• Develop and govern job architecture and leveling guidelines across regions.
• Oversee salary survey submissions and market data quality initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Build and lead a high-performing global compensation team of five.
