This role designs market pricing, conducts job evaluations, supports offers and internal mobility, and ensures alignment with our governance standards.

The ideal candidate brings 6-10 years of compensation experience, strong market pricing expertise, and CCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation decisions.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate jobs within the global job architecture.
• Support offer development and internal movement decisions.
• Analyze pay positioning and internal equity.
• Assist with annual compensation review activities.
• Provide compensation expertise for organizational changes and acquisitions.
• Support pay transparency and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs; develop tools and guidance for leaders.
