Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking an experienced leader to plan and direct global compensation and benefits programs, policies and initiatives. You will also manage the HRIS to ensure compliant, efficient administration.

In this senior role, you will advise Sales and RFP teams, design and negotiate benefit contracts, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while driving cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years specialized experience in benefits, compensation and HRIS.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience with 3 years in management.
• Advanced knowledge of HR databases and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct compensation and benefits programs globally.
• Manage HRIS to support design, implementation and administration.
• Advise Sales and RFP teams on compensation and benefits issues.
• Develop training related to policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts with insurance carriers and manage renewals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and budgets.
• Lead global benefits open enrollment and education initiatives.
• Monitor costs and drive efficiency across programs.
