Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
• Develop and maintain competitive compensation frameworks and pay analyses.
• Conduct compensation-related financial analysis with FP&A.
• Contribute to incentive plan design and equity-related programs.
• Translate complex data into executive-level recommendations.
