As a Compensation Analytics Vice President on the Compensation team, you willsupport strategic compensation priorities across multiple countries by delivering analysis, insights, and advisory to recruiters, HR advisors, and managers. You will play a key role in driving compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, global gender pay gap reporting requirements, and country-specific compensation policies. Your ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights will help strengthen governance, enhance decision-making, and advance the firm's global compensation practices.
