The role requires collaboration with global COEs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving analytics-based decision making for strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for senior leadership.
• Senior/global HR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with division objectives and workforce planning.
• Advise division leadership on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
• Partner with COEs to improve hiring, retention, and internal mobility.
• Provide data-driven HR insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead HR initiatives across global priorities and M&A integration.
