Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Compensation Analyst in San Francisco to support global compensation programs, aligning with our pay-for-performance philosophy, and ensuring accurate job evaluation, market pricing, and data integrity in Workday. You will analyze jobs, maintain job architecture, and drive equity planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Workday or a comparable HCM system.
• Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, compensation surveys, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation processes, including salary, incentive, and equity planning, data validation, reporting, and employee communications.
• Analyze and evaluate jobs for internal leveling, job architecture alignment, and external market matching.
• Coordinate compensation survey participation and maintain accurate market data for analysis.
• Analyze compensation, market, and workforce data to identify trends and develop practical recommendations.
• Partner with HR Technology and HR Business Partners to strengthen compensation processes, reporting, and data integrity in Workday.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners with compensation guidance for offers, moves, promotions, and other pay decisions.
• Improve compensation processes and support global initiatives through automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and compliance reviews.
