Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Miami invites a Community Relations Associate to help coordinate international community relations activities, track engagements, and support volunteering across markets.

This role supports executive briefings, stakeholder engagement, and CRM pipelines to ensure visibility of commitments and effective follow-through. Strong MS Office skills and Spanish/English bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in community relations, development, philanthropy, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and AI tools.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track strategic priorities, commitments and initiatives across markets and ensure follow-through.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and talking points for senior stakeholders.
• Track stakeholder engagement and market intelligence across international markets.
• Manage CRM tools and stakeholder pipelines and prepare reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate volunteering and community relations initiatives and events.
• Support event and conference management across international portfolio.
• Serve as central coordinator across Community Relations colleagues and internal partners.
• Support on-the-ground activities in South Florida with the U.S. Market Manager.
• Assist the U.S. Market Manager with relationship building and logistics.
