Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AVP to support stakeholder engagement and reporting within the Community Investing and Development (CID) team.

The role coordinates with Enterprise Services, Public Affairs, legal and other corporate functions to advance economic opportunity through Citi Foundation philanthropy and impact investments. Responsibilities include content development for flagship campaigns, regulatory and corporate reporting, submissions for third‑party assessments, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in philanthropy, CSR or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Analytical, strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Content development for flagship campaigns that showcase CID’s impact through philanthropy, equity investing and volunteerism.
• Contribute to impact reporting, including regulatory reporting and corporate reporting.
• Draft submissions for third-party assessments, awards, surveys and rankings.
• Produce internal materials (toolkits, fact sheets) to support CID team members in speaking opportunities and publications.
• Work with external vendors and partners to produce graphics, videos, and one-pagers.
• Support the production of executive briefing materials and presentations for CID leadership.
• Contribute to CID and Citi Foundation platform maintenance (webpages, SharePoint, social media).
• Coordinate and maintain project pipeline and reporting cadence, ensuring milestones and deliverables.
• Track key metrics to inform decision making and identify best practices.
