Job summary

Citi in Miami, FL is seeking a Client Service Officer to deliver high-value, high-touch service to Ultra High Net Worth clients. You will coordinate with Banking teams to fulfill requests, serve as the main contact post onboarding, and ensure timely, accurate execution of complex transactions across banking, lending and investments.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of experience, strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish), and a solid understanding of banking products.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish written and verbal communication is required; Portuguese is preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize with banker teams and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with peers and partners at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data
• Attention to detail in client servicing and processing
• Client facing experience with focus on operational delivery and product knowledge (banking, investments, credit)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact post onboarding to ensure requests are acknowledged and completed timely and effectively.
• Drive servicing and engagement with clients in collaboration with Sales Teams.
• Accountability for servicing high-net-worth clients’ requests, prioritizing urgency and risk.
• Handle high-value client transactions (wires, loans, deposits, transfers) after validating instructions.
• Evaluate complex client requests to ensure mitigated risks and accurate execution.
• Escalate feedback and processing delays to improve client experience and compliance.
