Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience with executive/leadership communications.
• Experience managing large-scale communications across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global communications strategies and plans.
• Create executive communications, newsletters, announcements, success stories, presentations and webinars.
• Translate complex technology, ERP, and digital transformation concepts into clear messaging.
• Manage communication channels including SharePoint, email campaigns, newsletters, websites, and webinar platforms.
• Support leadership meetings, webinars, product launches, and major events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, business leaders, technology teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage content calendars, distribution lists, publishing schedules, and governance.
• Track KPIs, engagement, open rates, click-through rates, and webinar participation.
