Job summary

Dexian is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep expertise in supplier management and organizational change to lead initiatives that optimize supplier processes, drive digital transformation, and enhance efficiency, compliance, and visibility across the supplier lifecycle.

This role develops standardized tools, dashboards, and playbooks; leads stakeholder workshops; and ensures adoption of new workflows.

Qualifications

Experience leading supplier management, vendor management, procurement operations, or transformation programs.
Strong understanding of the supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, risk, compliance, and offboarding.
Experience improving and automating business processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile, Change Management, Lean, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Assess and improve supplier management processes, tools, and governance.
Drive process standardization, digitization, and workflow optimization.
Lead stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and adoption efforts.
Develop dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reporting.
Support supplier onboarding, performance management, risk management, and compliance activities.
Create and maintain templates, playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
Lead change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
