Job summary

Responsibilities

Preparedness Support: Assist with background research, news tracking and drafting initial messaging templates (talking points, Q&As).
Operational Rigor & Process Optimization: Establish standardized workflows, maintain operational calendars and implement structured processes to keep projects moving smoothly.
Centralized Resource Management & Operations: Maintain centralized team files, shared repositories and master calendars for access across the global team. Support day-to-day engagement with external vendors and team training programs.
Strategic Projects Coordination: Track project timelines, action items and deliverables for key team initiatives.
Real-Time Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee daily media monitoring, risk assessments and sentiment reporting; compile rapid-alert summaries.
Cross-Functional Administrative Support: Help coordinate review and approval workflows with Legal, Government Affairs and Marketing.
AI & Media Tool Execution: Leverage media intelligence software (Cision, Muck Rack) and generative AI writing tools to streamline research and reporting.
