Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a senior communications leader to shape and protect the company\'s global reputation. You will lead financial communications, M&A messaging, media engagement and executive thought leadership programs, reporting to the Sr Director of External Communications.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate communications, public company experience, and ability to advise executives under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Investor Relations, English or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate communications experience within a publicly traded company, leading PR agency or financial journalism.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and executing executive thought leadership programs for C-suite leaders.
• Proven experience managing public company financial communications, quarterly earnings and M&A transaction messaging.

Responsibilities

• Shape, drive and protect Motorola Solutions’ global corporate reputation.
• Lead financial communications, strategic transactions (M&A), media engagement and executive thought leadership programs.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, IR, Strategy, Legal, Marketing).
• Develop executive positioning platforms and prepare leaders for high-profile media interviews and forums.
• Oversee earnings materials, speeches, press releases and strategic messaging frameworks.
• Guide media monitoring, reputation tracking and campaign measurement.
