Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in executive, corporate, or internal communications.
• Experience partnering directly with C-suite or a CEO on communications.
• Exceptional writing/editing with AP Style and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership translating priorities into clear narratives.
• Deliver high-impact executive communications for internal and external channels.
• Shape executive content, scripts and positioning for town halls and leadership events.
• Lead CEO narrative across corporate social channels with cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate communications for leadership announcements and organizational shifts.
• Oversee development of the corporate responsibility report and related projects.
• Monitor media trends and brief leaders to inform messaging.
