Collaboration with Investor Relations and internal stakeholders is essential to activate quarterly earnings messaging. You will draft media materials, coordinate interviews, monitor coverage, and translate leadership insights into compelling external narratives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate communications, PR or journalism.
• Strong writing ability with corporate experience.
• Based in Chicago office with hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate communications initiatives including thought leadership and media pitching.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to support earnings content.
• Develop and staff interviews and campaigns around company milestones.
• Draft press releases and contributed content with high writing quality.
• Track media coverage and measure impact for future planning.
• Coordinate interviews with executive spokespeople from start to finish.
• Advise executives on storytelling and media relations strategy.
