Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity management, supply chain, supplier quality, or related discipline.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and make recommendations that support business strategy.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost analysis and total cost of ownership concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and suppliers to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier development, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze supplier and commodity markets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives, partnering with leadership on more complex or strategic agreements.
• Monitor supplier and market conditions to identify supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
