Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a strategic Commodity Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across key spend categories and shape supplier strategy. You will drive cost savings, lead negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to deliver measurable business results.

Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to identify new materials and process improvements. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to support supplier and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives.
• Drive cost savings initiatives and identify opportunities to increase value across assigned commodity categories.
• Lead commercial negotiations involving contracts, pricing, lead times, payment terms, and Incoterms.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and use supplier scorecards to improve performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to support growth and resiliency.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to identify material improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Monitor procurement metrics related to supplier performance, inventory management, payables, and invoice accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and support category performance.
• Prepare and present monthly updates on financial results, supplier performance, and strategic initiatives.
