Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Sourcing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain.
• MBA preferred; leadership program experience (e.g., OMLP, FMP, CAS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategy for site/P&L to achieve cost productivity and cash flow goals.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, development, and contract life cycle management.
• Collaborate across sourcing teams to evaluate P2V initiatives and coordinate with engineering on schedules and cost optimization.
• Minimize GE risk exposure by aligning with Projects, Contracts, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Drive cost reduction through contract negotiations and process changes with finance validation.
