Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Global Commodity Manager, Tanks and Weldments, as part of the Mega Projects Sourcing team. You will develop and execute long-term global category strategies for pressure vessel materials and components used in data center and adjacent infrastructure markets, supporting growth, supplier development, and cost competitiveness.

This remote role reports to the Director of Sourcing, Mega Projects and Light Industrial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Experience developing and implementing category strategies and supplier relationship programs.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, spend analysis tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for data center valves and components to support supplier risk management, productivity, capacity scaling, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Management to support design-to-cost initiatives and supplier qualification.
• Drive supplier performance and cost optimization through strategic supplier relationship management and negotiations.
• Deliver annual productivity targets through sourcing, negotiations, value engineering, and base-sourcing optimization.
• Leverage spend analytics and digital procurement tools to improve sourcing decisions.
