Travel to North Andover, MA may be required for meetings and trainings. You will lead global sourcing for valves, systems, and components, collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, and manage supplier

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Product Management.

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for data center and adjacent markets.
• Partner withEngineering, Operations, Quality and Product Management to support cost initiatives and supplier qualification.
• Drive supplier performance and long-term partnerships with metrics and negotiations.
• Deliver productivity and cost-optimization targets through strategic sourcing and value engineering.
• Leverage analytics and digital tools to improve sourcing decisions.
