Job summary

Reworld Waste, a leader in sustainable waste solutions, seeks a Senior Global Commodity Manager – Chemicals Reagents to drive enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and cost optimization across our facilities and operations.

You will manage a broad chemicals portfolio (lime, ammonia, urea, water and wastewater-treatment chemicals, lubricants and more), build strategic supplier partnerships, and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with travel up to 30%, including potential international

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
Experience with chemical industry procurement preferred.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies for chemicals and reagents.
Lead the complete sourcing process, including market analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ development, supplier evaluation, negotiation strategy, contracting, implementation, and benefit tracking.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key chemical and reagent suppliers.
Lead supplier business reviews, performance scorecards, escalations, and joint improvement plans.
Monitor chemical markets, feedstock costs, freight, production capacity, and supply-chain risks.
