Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, or related areas.
• Experience with chemical industry procurement or strong chemistry/engineering background plus sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category or commodity strategies.
• Experience managing strategic suppliers and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide commodity strategies for chemicals and reagents.
• Lead sourcing processes: market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluation and negotiations.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and conduct supplier reviews.
• Drive cost savings, risk reduction, and supply reliability.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and other functions across facilities.
• Travel up to 30%, potentially internationally.
