Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior Global Commodity Manager - Chemicals Reagents to lead enterprise-wide commodity strategies for chemicals and reagents across waste-to-energy plants and processing facilities.

You will manage a broad portfolio including lime, ammonia, urea, water chemicals, lubricants, and related reagents, and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers to improve total cost, quality, and supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, supply chain, or commercial management.
• Experience developing and executing category or commodity strategies.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic suppliers and improving supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies for chemicals and reagents.
• Lead the sourcing process including market analysis, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, implementation and benefit tracking.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key chemical and reagent suppliers.
• Lead supplier business reviews, performance scorecards, escalations, and joint improvement plans.
