Reworld, a leader in sustainable waste solutions, seeks a Senior Global Commodity Manager – Chemicals Reagents to drive enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for chemicals and reagents used across waste-to-energy plants and facilities. You will manage a broad portfolio including lime, ammonia, urea, water chemicals, carbon products, and industrial gases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, supply chain, or commercial management.
• Experience or background in chemicals/chemical industry procurement or related technical field with procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies for chemicals and reagents.
• Lead the complete sourcing process, including market analysis, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, implementation, and benefit tracking.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key chemical and reagent suppliers.
• Lead supplier business reviews, performance scorecards, escalations, and joint improvement plans.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, standardization, demand management, and total-cost improvement.
• Travel up to 30% (international travel possible).
