You will oversee Sales Strategy & Enablement, collaborating with Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics to deliver structured, measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes operational rigor, stakeholder alignment, and modernization of commercial processes, including exploring AI-driven capabilities

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or new ways of working.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives within a commercial or operational context.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
